I completely recommend this software due to its simple user-friendly interface and logical structure. A beginner user can understand how to use it, and use it completely in just a few minutes. This ease of use should not be misconstrued for any lack of features. This software gives you most everything you need to record, track, & bill your customers for the services your company has performed. Listen, no product can possibly be perfect for all as we operate our business uniquely….but this software gives you the 95% you’ve been looking for…and if you speak to customer service they just might be working on the other 5% you are hoping for. They are constantly looking to improve their software…so they actually listen to what YOU have to say! Try this with any other software company.

Pros- Simplistic Interface ,Dashboard view (customizable), Web Based, Customizable input fields, Clean & simple calender view, Notifications, Client Logon (if needed), Contact/customer and ticket/work order marriage, Price per user, SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT !!!!!

Cons -No iPhone app (MHelpdesk iPhone app is now in development 8/14/2010) , Address/Contacts view is limited (I heard it is going to change), Not able to set levels of permission (Either admin or user), Can’t print logs,calenders, or contacts (MHelpdesk Note – This has been resolved 8/14/2010 )

MHelpdesk has helped us solve our issue tracking dilemma. It was so easy to install and start to use. The training session was easy to understand and Vincent was so helpful during the start-up process. He listened to our needs and tailored our MHelpdesk for what we wanted. All of our employees were using the system the first day, and there are not many questions about how to use the system. If we do run into questions I can easily email customer service or call and I get a quick response or assistance until our questions are answered. We have never experienced any down-time. Also the price is very reasonable.

I don’t really have any complaints. Any time we have a question they are always very responsive. We have run accross some system features that we would like that MHelpdesk does not have, but they are minimal and for the price MHelp is the best choice for us.

I would recommend MHelpdesk to a business that needs assistance with organizing their issue tracking. I believe that MHelpdesk is a good choice for a company that wants an issue tracking system at a good price.

Really easy to use and navigate. Makes invoicing simple. Pretty good features. Exporting features not what expected. Unable to locate Sales and Ads features. (MHelpdesk Note – Exporting sales and ads is under your Custom Reports 8/14/2010 )

Great features and great pricing. Support is outstanding. Has helped me get organized and provided online tools that have cut my admin time in half. Not bloated like other programs. I would recommend this to anyone who runs a service business, everything at your fingertips.

Would like to see better help files (MHelpdesk Note – Better documentation has been added, in addition to a support forum. 8/14/2010 )

MHelpdesk has been a fantastic product for us. It has helped our organization coordinate multiple techs and jobs while not dropping the ball with our customers. The team at MHelpdesk has been very responsive to questions and accepting of suggestions for improvements. I really appreciate all the hard work and how the treat me like I am their only customer. I have been using for a few months now. I’m a one man operation so can’t really go into detail for multiple users. Really nice software, price is good. Support is great. Can’t say I had any downtime, haven’t noticed any. The more input/feedback, the better it will be. I have no complaints. I haven’t seen anything better than MHelpdesk.com. I have recently started tracking info – before I just completed the job and billed on handwritten invoice. I tried (competitor name omitted), (competitor name omitted), and others, just to find it was just to complicated for my use. I’ve even thought about making my own in like access or something. I’ve been working with Vincent from MHelpdesk, and he’s great, answered all my questions, pretty quick replies too.

We too have tried (competitor name omitted) and it was by far the most difficult thing to set-up nearly 3 days later and I still didn’t have everything streamlined. Forget trying to train somebody on it! It was so detailed oriented that it ADDED time to my daily operations rather than free up time. So needless to say don’t even bother.

Now, I would however absolutely endorse MHelpdesk.com any day of the week. We have been using them for about 4 months now. We had all our products / services / and details uploaded and ready to go in one night it was amazing. Invoices and estimates are made in a matter of seconds, and what we love the most is we sell a product that expires once a year and MHelpdesk has been fantastic on creating alerts to allow us to follow up with those people so we don’t have lost sales down the road.

I promise that if you try them out which is free you’ll never look back. It’s easy to setup, easy to train, and easy on your schedule!

Just to list some of the features we use are:

MHelpdesk a great solution for IT client/service management. Very easy to use and implement. Excellent for tracking service details and fixes and compiling customer data. Using MHelpdesk has increased communications between the members of our tech team and management, increasing productivity, follow-through and customer satisfaction. Customer login feature very useful for clients which like to be on top of the services we are providing, and viewing tech feedback/notes. Fantastic tech support whenever I’ve needed it. I also like the ability to customize the console so we can use it as another means of advertising. Definately worth a try. Works very well for our company needs.

This software has many pros…

* Easily integrates
* Easy to pull from your database
* Rarely ever down
* Totally customizable to fit your needs wether it is a mechanic or Computer company such as myself.
* Customer service is out of this world, the company listens to its customers for improvments all the way and they are extremely receptive to all suggestions.
* Every feature is great and molds to your business how you would like.
* Also because it is browser based my employees in the field can complete work order right at the jobsite instead of filling out papers and putting them in the database later..saves a ton of paperwork money as I like to call it .

Cons
* You pay per user so for a small business its a lot to have just 4 poeple using it…..

Overall – this software has made my life a ton easier. I used to work on an access database and i would constantly have to worry about fixing things all the time. The database would go down. I would get errors. I did not have the extra man hours to be worrying about this. its important to me not to have to worry about these kinds of things. They should just work and MHelpdesk has done that for me and saved me way more money in man hours alone trying to solve an issue on my server. now they solve issues for me, but needless to say i have only had 1 issue and they took care of it within 15 minutes. The best customer service that i have ever experienced for a service such as this. I highly recommend any one in a service based business from, mechanics, lawn services, cleaning services (any appointment based services) to use this software to keep track of invoicing (yes integrates with quickbooks too) scheduling, customer information, details of jobs done and to keep track of what employees do.

As a long term client of MHelpdesk (since 2007), I want to say that your company name definitely says it all. I am very pleased with the efficient service and helpfulness of your staff. Any time I had an issue, your service answered all my questions, sometimes over and over. There has been constant updates to the program, and training videos available, which really makes it great to go back to when needed. Your company is the first, when given suggestions, to really have technical people consider them, and sometimes even initiate the new ideas into the technical program. It has been a great pleasure to work with a company so dedicated. I am looking forward to even more changes that can personally help my business customer organization become simplified. My name is Suzi and I’m from the IT Department of DiGeronimo Companies. We have been using mhelpdesk for a few years and they are a very customizable ticket system. They are willing to work with the users to understand what they need to do with their ticket system, and try to make it easier to use with each new upgrade. They have many great features including a calendar view to see appointments and every time a log is entered for a ticket it sends an email to the administrators.

We recently subscribed to MHelpdesk. We found the product to be very useful in keeping a track of our client support requests and in delegating jobs to our field technicians.

Over the last 10 years I have used many other call tracking systems, both client and internet based. None have compared to the GUI interface and function as MHelpdesk!

MHelpdesk’s support is great! Even in a different time zone and across the border, they have managed to respond to our questions in a timely manner.

Before using mhelpdesk software we were using an old program that no longer worked on my new computer and had no support available anymore as well as a paper scheduler and paying an employee just to enter repairs into our computer. Now, employees can enter repairs directly into the computer and schedule the repair in one easy step. I am thrilled with how organized it makes our shop. Tracking repairs has never been easier. I don’t utilize all of the features that are available but I can only imagine that if you did the whole process would save tons of time and money.

Getting it set up took some time, but that’s true of any dynamic software program. Now that it’s set up properly and we’ve been using it for a while I wouldn’t go back to my old program. Nothing bad to say about it.

Overall Awesome program! I love that it’s on-line. We won’t have to worry about losing all our data if our computer crashes and I can access the information any time I want. I can log on at home in the morning and see what my schedule looks like for the day. It’s super easy to use and helps you stay organized in ways that other programs don’t. Also, it’s very affordable. Even the smallest shop can afford this program. No excuses anymore to not be organized and present a professional appearance to your customers.

I’ve been looking for a robust – practical workorder management solution for our needs. I tried two other companies and their limited customization and high prices for addons (like Quickbooks intergration) left a bad taste in my mouth! Stumbled upon mHelpdesk and tried it for two weeks. – It’s exactly what we need! Great product and great pricing..

Winner of over 40 applications tested!
Pros – Customer Portal, Quickbooks Integration. Web-based, hosted. When the software doesn’t meet a need perfectly support will typically make the change quickly. Support is phenomenal. COST!

Cons – I’d like it to track time better which was a major need of mine. But every other feature I wanted was there. I have a request in for time tracking changes which I think will be implemented.

Overall – Like the Review Title says. I have tested over 40 different applications, some that cost hundreds per month that didn’t have as many of the features I wanted or needed. Highly recommended. It continues to evolve and the support team is eager to make it perfect for all.

Pros:
It’s affordable and reliable. So far we’ve had 100% uptime. I also like that it’s web based and I can access it on my laptop or phone. Support is outstanding. I’ve called and emailed and have always gotten prompt support. I also like that I can customize the interface by adding my own form fields and labels. The android app works flawlessly. I think they also have an iPhone app.

Cons
None so far.

Overall
I recommend it 100%. It is the best application to control your team and your customers satisfaction real time.

We’ve been using this product for under trial and it has sold me. We have seen our business easier to run. No more staying late to do invoices and line up or next work load the next day. It’s easy to send invoices upon finish of our job. Easy to schedule with clients at that given moment. Love the component to allow our customers to go to our site and complete the work order without having to call us. Thanks!

Now we use Mhelpdesk which i highly recommend. They are making adjustments to the software every week, and seem to really be listening to the users comments and suggestions.

Mhlepdesk does not have the Auto emailing invoice or reminders (yet) but im sure they will add in the future. You can send invoices/estimates through email within the program though.
They are working on adding paypal and authorize.net for payments to be accepted. Mhelpdesk can synch with google mail to help with scheduled events and such.

The monthly costs is very minimal for its features.
Now i open Quickbooks like once a week just to do a dump into it from Mhelpdesk.

Accessible from any PC on the internet. THey even just release a smartphone app (very nice, btw)
