We just released some minor things for you guys. Here is a list of what’s new:
Easier to view customer’s service history
First, the Closed checkbox is now checked by default when viewing a customer’s ticket (job/work order) list. This will make it easier to view their service history. At least it’s one less click.
New Login Email Template
Second, we added a new email template. Email Template 9: Sign-In Information can now be customized to send your new customers a custom message. To get the latest template click “Reset Template”
This notification is sent when you check the box “allow login”. By default we send them their username and a login link. If you are using Website Integration and use your own website with mHelpDesk, then you will want to change the link to point to your own page.
To resend this notification, simply disallow, then allow login on the contact to get the email to fire again.
Ticket ID special tag added
Third, the _TicketID_ special tag has been added for Estimate and Invoice templates to display the ticket id. This will make it easier to match your printed estimates and invoices back to the original ticket.
