Step 1: Create an Other Charge item:
- Go to Settings > Drop Down Lists > Products & Services.
- Click Add New Item.
- Select Other Charge or Other Charge %.
- Enter the Amount or Percentage.
- Click Save
Step 2: Apply the Other Charge
- Open the estimate for the job you want to add the charge to.
- Add the newly created item to the estimate.
- Save the estimate.
- Note that the additional charge is applied to the last line item
