mHelpDesk will be selected and seeded based on the official Capterra Reviews score: # of displaying reviews x the average rating. Only the top scoring companies will earn a place onto the bracket.
During each round, mHelpDesk will face off against another software company, and the one to collect the most reviews during that time will move on to the next round, until a champion is crowned.
The tournament schedule is as follows:
- Round 1: March 19-23
- Round 2: March 24-27
- Round 3: March 30-April 1
- Round 4: April 2-6
- Round 5: April 7-9
- Round 6: April 10-14
