- Make sure Service Item Tracking is turned on.
- On the Job Form, select the customer.
- Select the service item from Item to Service field. (Label might be different. eg Systems)
- If the item doesn’t exist, click the “+” button next to the Item to Service field.
- Highlight the Category and click Next.
- Enter the values for the custom fields.
- Click the Add button to save your changes.
- Continue adding the details the job.
