- Navigate to Settings > Notifications
- Scroll down to Email To mHelpDesk
- Complete Step 1: Enter the email address you want to use
- Hit “save & send verification code”
- Complete Step 2: From the verification email you receive, enter it into Step #2
- Complete Step 3: Log into your email account (entered in step #1 ) and create a forwarding rule to forward all emails received in that account to e2t2@mHelpDesk.com
Send a test email to the email address in Step 3 and confirm that the email is converted into a ticket. Please note that we do not offer technical support for this feature due to the nature of email servers. There are too many variables that are out of our control to support this. If you have issues, please consult with your email administrator.
