Then, learn to create jobs and manage them with custom views and filters. Best PracticesIn this session, we will create a complete workflow beginning with the creation of a lead, transferring that lead to an estimate, then to a job, and finally creating an invoice and accepting payment. Connecting Office to FieldLearn how to get your staff entered and connected with personalized email and text message notifications. Mobile AppL​earn the ins-and-outs of using the mHelpDesk mobile application.  This includes adjusting settings, accessing customer and job data, creating estimates and invoices, and accepting payments in the field. QuickBooks Integration​In this session we’ll walk through how to import and export your QuickBooks data to reduce double data entry.  We’ll cover both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
