Several new features have been added to mHelpDesk and we’re really excited to share the latest tools to help you become the best service provider EVER.
Assign Staff & Teams Faster
Instead of choosing from a drop down menu, type the first few letters of a staff member or team name to quickly assign them to a work order. No need to scroll anymore!
Edit File Captions
You now have the ability to update a caption after you’ve uploaded a file. To upload a file to your ticket, search for your ticket, then click on the Files tab thenAdd File. To update the caption, simply click on the file to bring up the editing screen.
Show Status Or Ticket Type On Appointments
You can now show the status or ticket type of any appointment in your calendar. To edit your appointment template, navigate to Settings > Templates > Appointment Template. To add the status or ticket type to your appointment template, use the keyword _TicketStatus_ or _TicketType_.
Show Customer Type In Tickets, Estimates & Invoices.
To note the customer type on your tickets, estimates or invoices, navigate toSettings > Templates > (Choose Template) > Add keyword:_CustomerType_.
Edit Subject Lines On Messages.
You now have the ability to change the subject line of a message before sending it to your customer. To change the subject line of a message, find your ticket and click on the Messages tab. Use the text box above the message body to create your own subject line.
