New Mapping & Routing (beta)
Phase 1 of our new Mapping and Routing feature has been released in private beta. To turn this on just contact team@mHelpDesk.com. Phase 1 allows you to see all your jobs on a map to make it easier to assign techs by proximity. We will be hosting a Live Webinar on how to use this newfeature and what to expect in Phase 2 on Friday Feb 14th at 2PM EST. Register Now.

New Personalized Views
On your main list of jobs, you can now build your own personal views. This way, you can toggle through a list of custom views to see exactly what you need.
New Google 2-Way Sync
mHelpDesk now offers Google 2-way Sync to ensure that your team’s personal appointments don’t conflict with work appointments. This also makes it easy to get your schedule on ANY device! Set this up under My Accounts.
New Address Auto-Complete
We are making it easier to type in addresses and service locations. Instead of typing each address line, city and state, mHelpDesk now makes it faster by auto-completing the address for you to reduce errors.
