1. 1) Reiterate why they purchased and need mHelpDesk.  “mHelpDesk is going to help you with your leads”  
2. 2) Assure them mHelpDesk will work with getting them up and running
3. 2) Set the right expectations.
   1. *mhelpdesk will call and hour before appointment as a reminder
   2. *Brooke is going to email you your username and password
   3. *The setup session will take about 30 minutes and will help you get up and running with mHelpDesk
