- Open the Job that you want to categorize.
- At the bottom, click the File Under… button
- Select an existing customer from the drop-down
- Alternatively, you can click Add New Customer if the customer is new.
- Follow the next screens to file the job under the correct customer.
First, if the job belongs to a customer, you may not re-categorize the job under a different customer. However, jobs that don’t belong to any customer can be re-categorized. Specifically, the job will display [None] for the customer as seen below. To re-categorize a job, use the File Under… button:
