- Uninstall the mHelpDesk-to-Quickbooks desktop tool. (Windows > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs)
- In mHelpDesk, go to Transactions.
- Click Quickbooks View on the invoice list bar
- Select the items you want to export and click the Send to Quickbooks button
- Expand the Installation Instructions
- Follow the on-screen instructions to re-install the latest mHelpDesk-to-Quickbooks tool
