You can learn more about our work environment and product here: >http://facebook.com/mhelpdesk RESPONSIBILITIES: – Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail. – Attend to visitors and assist staff in the organization with their inquiries; ability to resolve or direct them to the appropriate point of contact, if unable to answer – Operate a range of office machines such as copiers, computers and faxes; help put together new office equipment – File and retrieve papers and documents; create and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system – Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers; maintain meeting room schedules – Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as needed – Maintain office supply inventories; coordinate maintenance of office equipment – Coordinate and maintain records for staff, phones, anniversaries, birthdays, office access and petty cash – Assist with other tasks as needed REQUIREMENTS: – Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community – Organizing and coordinating skills with the ability to priorities effectively – Records maintenance skills – Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information – Ability to analyze and solve problems independently – Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, data entry, and/or presentation software – Ability to foster a cooperative work environment mHelpDesk is a leading provider of web-based service management  software that is revolutionizing how companies manage their customers and service tickets.
