Improved ListsFirst, we got an email from a user complaining about why they had to click the “edit” link just to edit an item. Well, he was right. Why not just click anywhere on a line item to activate the edit screen? We’ve updated most of the lists so you can now click anywhere on the line-item.
Show/Hide Custom Fields on Printed DocsThis one has been a big PITA for a lot of users. We’ve finally added an option to hide a custom field from the printed docs. You’ll find this on the custom field edit screen.
Ticket Type special tag added to email templatesThe ticket Type tag was added to the email templates. This let’s you added the type field to your email alerts.
Complete Contact Export addedWe already have a complete customer export where you can download all your customer records to Excel or .CSV. We just added another export to download all the contacts as well. This is somewhat hidden for now until we find a better place to put it. You’ll find it in the bottom right corner of your customer list.
