Global Default Tax Setting If you forget to set the customer’s tax rate mHelpDesk will now auto-select the tax for you. To set this up, you’ll need to choose a Default Tax rate first under Lists > Sales Tax Items Estimate Search I can’t believe we overlooked this one. But you can now search for estimates by estimate #. You’ll find this under Transactions > Estimates. Business Unit Admins and Schedules A rule has been added so that Admins that are set to a specific Business Unit can no longer view appointments belonging to another Business Unit or Headquarters. Service Request List Filters and Teams If you are assigning jobs to teams, you can now create custom filters for your teams. So if you create a custom filter for “Team A Jobs”, you will see jobs assigned to that particular team.
