IE Logout Problem FixedA recent windows update changed the way how Internet Explorer handles cookies. The update caused many IE browsers to start logging users out. We’ve patched this so you can go back to using Internet Explorer.
Custom ThemesMany of you have asked for the ability to customize the colors of your mHelpDesk accounts. This is especially important for everyone using Website Integration. You can now customize your colors and themes under Settings > Customize > Site Colors and Theme.
Ticket Tabs StreamlinedWe’ve made all the Ticket Tabs accessible at all times. In the past, the Log, Messages, and Attachments were under the Ticket Details. Now they are always exposed. This should make it easier to bounce back and forth between tabs.
Google Calendar Now Uses Service LocationIf you are using Google Calendar, the Service Location is now pushed to your calendar. If you do not use a service location, then the customer’s default address will be pushed to your calendar.
PayPal Integration AddedYou can now get paid with your PayPal account. To enable this, go to Settings > Payment Processing and enter your PayPal account email. When you send a customer an invoice, they can pay the invoice with PayPal or their credit card.
