What’s included in “All The Basics”?
Our PRO plan comes with “All The Basics”. And the basics include a ton of features. Click here to see them all. In fact, the better question is: What doesn’t come with the basics? The only features excluded are those listed in the GROWTH, SUCCESS, and ENTERPRISE plans.
What is a user?
A user is anyone that will need access to mHelpDesk. This could be an administrator, bookkeeper, an office manager, or dispatcher that needs to access mHelpDesk to schedule jobs or run reports. Or a field technician that needs to view their schedule from our mobile app. Users have unlimited access to both the web and the mobile app.
What’s included in my unlimited support?
Every plan comes with unlimited live toll-free phone support, and live chat support. When you call into our customer support line, you’ll be getting help from someone who has at least 80 hours of product training, and has passed a vigorous background check. You’ll be getting friendly help from an agent located right here at our headquarters located just 15 minutes outside of Washington DC.
What additional services do you offer?

What if I need more users?
If you need more users than what’s included, you can add additional users for a small fee. At the bottom of each plan you’ll find the per user fee for the extras that you need.
What if I don’t need that many users?
Each plan includes a bundle of users. While you can add more users on top of what is included, you cannot remove users. The good news is that mHelpDesk is going to help you grow so it’s just a matter of time before you need those extra users!
Do you offer any discounts?
mHelpDesk does not offer any discounts on our monthly subscriptions. We do offer a 20% discount for prepaying annually. This can save you up to $1200 for the year!
Are there any long-term contracts?
We do not have any long-term contracts. Whether you purchase a monthly subscription or annual subscription, you are free to cancel without any additional early-termination fees.
Can you do custom forms?
Some field service software are one-size fits all, which means you’re forced to use generic forms that don’t actually capture the data you need to run your business. With mHelpDesk, you’ll be able to use an array of custom fields to create custom punch lists, inspection forms, data collection forms and any other forms you need in the office or out in the field.
Do you support QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
Yes, we integrate with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. mHelpDesk will plug right into your QuickBooks account. Instead of re-entering data into QuickBooks for estimating and invoicing, mHelpDesk makes it easy to resuse the data you’ve collected out in the field and eliminates double-data entry. Depending on the version of QuickBooks you have, you can sync your mHelpDesk estimates, invoices or payments.
