We value every team member and if we hire you, it’s because we think you can do big things with us. You can learn more about our work environment and product here: http://facebook.com/mhelpdesk   Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in visual design, graphic design (or similar field of study) – Possess a minimum of 2 years of related professional work experience – Knowledgeable of the differences between application design and website/graphic design – Experience transforming web/mobile application wireframes and design sketches into easy to understand visual design deliverables – Applied knowledge of the principles and best practices related to design of responsive web and mobile business applications – Ability to partner with different stakeholders within the UX and development processes to efficiently contribute visual design where needed and communicate and validate designs – Experience with software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, etc. (or similar design software) – A portfolio of work is required to be submitted along with candidate resume Responsibilities: – Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, user experience designers, and developers, to create easy to use, modern, and beautiful visual designs – Package visual designs specifications into easy to understand deliverables to allow developers to code the designs in accordance to design specifications – Conduct UI validation tests to make sure designs are developed as intended and as per specifications outlined by designers – Contribute to UX research and testing activities, e.g. concept testing, usability testing, user acceptance testing, UI validation, stakeholder and user interviews, and competitive product and feature analysis – Prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment – Be flexible with changing requirements and priorities based on the product backlog and/or shifting priorities BENEFITS: – Health & Dental – Paid holidays & vacation – Your colleagues are a mix of seasoned pros and fired-up rookies – Casual dress code – Direct collaboration between you, development teams, reporting teams and business stakeholders – Wide variety of opportunities for growth mHelpDesk is a leading provider of web-based service management  software that is revolutionizing how companies manage their customers and service tickets.
