We pushed out some features and updates over the weekend for you guys. Below is some of the new stuff we released. Please check them out and let us know what you think.
Improved Quick Search:
We now search the following items:
Customer phone numbers, addresses, service locations
Service request IDs, keywords by relevance
New Quick Add Bar
We added a new Quick Add menu on every page that allows you to quickly add a new:
New Service Location Tag
Use the new _ServiceLocationAddress_ tag in your templates. Instead of showing this info on one line we now:
Display the Service Location Name
Format the address like the other addresses
Service Location On List
Service Locations can now be added to the service request list. Just go to the Customize View link and check the new option there.
Recurring Invoices – We’ve got good feedback from you guys about improving recurring Invoices. We are going to be hooking this up to Authorize.Net so that you can auto-charge a customer’s credit card when the recurring invoice is due.
Custom Forms by Job Type (Silver & Gold Plans) – We got some good feedback on the initial release of this feature. We are going to make some tweaks to improve the setup to make it easier.
Website Online Scheduling – This is a new feature we are super excited about. We are improving the Online Request form to allow your customers to book appointments online. We’re still working on the design but it should be out soon.
Document Storage per Customer – We’ll be adding support for attachments on the Customer, which will work like attachments per Service Request. You’ll be able to attach documents etc to your customer records. Due to the increase in required storage space, this will probably added as a Silver & Gold feature as well.
Custom Fields on Customers – This is going to be a super useful feature. You’ll be able to create custom fields on the Customer Form. Use this to keep track of additional info about customers that are unique to your business.
Couple Odds & Ends
