Unicode in Log & Notes The log & notes section of all work orders now support unicode. This means that if you and your team speak a different language, you can now use the symbols of your language to communicate in the private log and notes section.
Individual Custom Field Keywords Previously, the keyword _TicketCustomFields_ would generate all custom fields on a Estimate, Invoice or Work Order PDF in one box. Now, you can pick and choose specific custom fields to show on your PDF’s, and place them wherever you want. This new feature gives you the freedom to place individual custom fields anywhere on your PDF’s, and reorder them to your liking.
Work Order Short ID Don’t like the long auto-generated work order ID? No problem! You can now use Short ID’s to search for a work order instead. To enable this, please do the following:
Map Filtering Our mapping feature now allows you to filter your list of jobs by: appointment, technician, keyword, and the date it was created. To turn on the mapping feature, go to Settings > Add Ons. To start filtering your mapped jobs, click on the map tab, then click on the drop down menu in the search bar.
