If you are using the mHelpDesk mobile app, be sure to grab the latest update from the app store. The most significant update is that we added Signature Capture. This allows your clients to sign both estimates and invoices using a tablet PC or smart phone. To see how this works, check out the video below. Instructions on how to set this up are included in the video: Note that this works on both iPhones and iPads. However, if you are an Android user, signatures are only enabled on Android 3.0 devices and higher.
