We switched to mHelpDesk over a year ago, and it has paid for itself many times over by saving us thousands in billing mistakes. Prior to mHelpDesk, our techs were using a simple time tracking software to track billable hours, and our billing person would then have to manually enter everything into QuickBooks to invoice the customer. That manual process took a lot of time which led to severe delays in billing. The situation got so bad at times that some customers wouldn’t get billed until several months after a job was complete.
