We have a medium sized-but growing company and as we added technicians calls were getting lost and jobs were not getting billed. We had stickies for reminders and it was out of control. I was the one who had to remember everything and things were falling through the cracks. We have tried other programs but nothing did what we needed. Then we tried mHelpDesk. What a difference! It was night and day. I’m able to stay up on quotes, billing and the technicians progress. It helps me hold them accountable. Overall this has been one of the best things we have done for our company.
