We switched to mHelpDesk over a year ago, and it has paid for itself many times over by saving us thousands in billing mistakes. Prior to mHelpDesk, our techs were using a simple time tracking software to track billable hours, and our billing person would then have to manually enter everything into QuickBooks to invoice the customer.
